Well, granted Sixx wasn't the happiest of cats after being put into a cat carrier, given three shots, and put back in the cat carrier. But I think I've been forgiven. Shes also heavy, 13lbs, sheesh! Visiting with Liz went well, was a lazy day, which was fine by me, we just chilled and talked. We went over to Dave and Susans. They have kittens. Susan, Liz, and I have decided to have a girls day some Wednesday afternoon. The vet place called me back while I was on my way to Lizs, so I called the back in the morning, and went in for a first interview at 11:30am Friday. Was told a busy, family, atmosphere as it is a vet/kennel/grooming place, so very busy. The general manager said she could tell I was a sensitive person, so to think about if I could handle it. So I shall call in Tuesday and say that yes, I can. It'll hurt to see animals being put down, but any choice is the owners choice. I know this, and I know how to put on a professional mask of sorts. (in other words, no crying up front) But mostly I'd be in the grooming room working. I've seen surgeries, both in real life and on tv. They will call me back either for a second interview or to let me know the positions been filled which is nice. Entry level job so minimum wage (fine by me) and they have a no tolerance policy toward showing up. Understandable, considering all the stuff thats being done there. Gonna see David after work Saturday. Must to remember to call Kate and Bobbie once I know work stuffs for Sunday. Kate wants to say hi on her way back and Bobbie wishes to take me to Rock on the Range. I love oddball phone calls from friends. Ta!
